Together we’re going off the charts – an expedition with Miłka Raulin

Together with Miłka Raulin, we embark on her new expedition. This time the target is the Greenland Traverse!
This is one of the world’s most demanding traverses, and you need to reserve almost a month to complete it, making it traversed most of the time on land. The temperature he can expect is about. -25 degrees Celsius. So far, only 9 Poles have managed to get it. Miłka has a chance to be the 2nd woman from Poland to accomplish this feat.

Milka will be walking with massive luggage attached to a special transport sled, luggage that weighs about 80-90 kilograms, where She herself has a weight of 50 kilograms. These 80 kilograms of cargo on the sled will include only the essentials: a tent, a fuel stove and 15 liters of fuel and food with the daily caloric allowance required by the expedition’s insurer and the Greenlandic government (5000 kcal/day), which translates into 33 kg of food alone. Luggage still includes a GPS locator, satellite phone, solar panels and powerbanks, rope and high altitude equipment necessary for movement during the ascent and descent of the glacier, clothing, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, carrimat, medical kit, among others.

We are looking forward to supporting Milka on her journey once again, and this is our 4th escapade together.
The expedition will start on May 3. We are keeping our fingers firmly crossed! Below you can watch interviews with Milka about her previous expeditions and the one coming soon.
